🏃♂️ SARR Fall Off-RoadRunners Training Program
Join us for the SARR Fall Off-RoadRunners Training Program. We have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome!
📅 Program Dates
- Duration: August 4 - October 25, 2025
- Goal Race: SARR Rocky Horror Trail Run
🏞️ Training Options
- 5K: For runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.
- 10K, 27K: For beginner to advanced trail runners.
- 53K: For experienced trail runners (must be able to run a trail half marathon (13.1 miles) comfortably).
📆 Training Schedule
- Flexible 12-week training: Written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
- Group Runs: Saturday 7:00am, Tuesday 6:30am, and Wednesday 6pm.
- Trail Locations: Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon, and other local/state parks.
- Free 4-week basebuilder: July 7 - August 3, 2025.
