Maine’s toughest mountain run, the Sugarloaf Uphill Climb, returns on Sunday, October 13th. Starting at the bottom of the SuperQuad, the grueling three-mile course takes runners up nearly 2,500 feet of vertical to the top of Maine’s second-highest peak.
Mandatory bib pickup will take place from 7:30am to 9:30am on The Beach. The race will begin at 10am with a mass start. Following the race, racers will descend down the mountain to the Comp. center where lunch and cold beverages will be served.
Spectators are welcome to walk up the course or ride the lift to spectate at any point along the racecourse. This race will occur rain or shine, and it is not uncommon to encounter snow at the summit of the mountain.
Purchase tickets early for the best deals. Day of registration will not be an option this year. Please be sure to register online!
$50 until September 23rd. Price increases to $60 until registration closes on October 6th, or sooner if the race fills up. All runners will receive a complimentary lunch in the Comp. Center.
Sunday morning 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM on the Beach. Racers will not be able to pick up a bib after 9:30 AM on race day.
Timing results will be live on Allsport Timing, as well as posted here on the registration page and on Facebook.
Celebrate your accomplishments with a complimentary beverage and lunch in the Comp. Center. Awards will be presented in the Comp. Center as soon as results are in for all age categories.
