Queen Bee Montana Marathon

🏃‍♀️ Join Us for the 45th Anniversary of the QB Montana Marathon!

• Fast Course: The QB Montana Marathon is famous for being a FAST and beautiful Boston qualifier course!
• Scenic Views: The first ten miles feature scenic rolling green hills, with the final 16 treating you to a loss of 1,000 vertical feet.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted on the Marathon or Half Marathon Courses.
• Dogs: Dogs are not permitted on any of the race courses.

🐝 Everyone is Welcome!

• Challenge: The Queen Bee Montana Marathon just isn't for the ladies! EVERYONE is welcome to come take on the challenge.
• Race Route: Earn your QB wings on this point to point race as you fly with the hive down a bit on Buffalo Trail and through the Molt hogbacks!
• Finish Line: All races will finish at Pioneer Park, where you will enjoy a fun expo, refreshments, music, door prizes, and awards!

🏆 Awards and Recognitions

• State Championship: The QB Half Marathon was selected again by the Road Runners Club of America as the Montana State Championship Race!
• Additional Awards: Additional awards will be given by RRCA.
• Finisher Medals: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K!
• Age Group Awards: F/M Age Group Awards for Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K
• Overall Awards: F/M Overall Awards for Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

🚌 Shuttle and Parking Information

• Start Line Shuttle: Marathon, Half M & 10K racers will be shuttled to the start line from Senior High School parking lot.
• No Parking: There is NO parking at the Half Marathon start: racers must take the shuttle.
• 5K Shuttle: 5K Racers will start at Rose Park and can be shuttled back from the finish line at Pioneer Park.

⏰ Cut-off Times

• Marathon: Cut-off time is 6.5 hrs (14 min mile)
• Half Marathon: Cut-off time is 4 hrs (17 min mile)
• Course Closure: Course closes at 1:30 pm.

📦 Packet Pick-up Information

• Location: MSU-Billings Lower Gym - 1500 University Dr
• Date: Saturday, May 31
• Time: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
• Out of Town Participants: Only out of town participants who did not pick up on Saturday will be allowed to pick up race gear at designated times on race day.

🌐 Virtual Race Option

If you register for the Virtual Race option you will have the opportunity to submit your results (directions will be emailed at the end of April) any time from June 1-6. If you register for the Virtual Race we will mail your race packet the 2nd week in May. A shipping fee will apply.
