🎉 About the Event

• Partners: We're partnering with Asics and Race Penguin!
• Goal: This series is designed for kids to enjoy running and challenge themselves.
• Frequency: A three-event series will take place in June, July, and August!
• Time: Races start promptly at 6:00 PM.

📍 Race Location

• Course: Loop course at Glacier Ridge Metro Park.
• Start Point: Dog Park area of the park (Google Maps pin here).
• Course Map for 1 & 2-mile options: Available here.

💵 Cost Information

• Individual Events: $15.00 each, optional t-shirt for $10.
• All Events Deal: Sign up for all 3 events for only $40.
• Benefits: A great deal for a summer full of racing!

🍦 Additional Highlights

• Goodies: Asics will provide fun snacks and goodies.
• Popsicles: Enjoy popsicles after the race!
• Cheering Signs: Create a cheering sign at packet pick-up.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• Registration Opens: 5:30 PM.
• Race Times:
  • 1/2-mile race: 6:05 PM
  • 1-mile (Grades K-5): 6:20 PM
  • 1-mile (Grades 6-12): 6:35 PM
  • All-Comer's (Adults) Mile: 6:50 PM
  • 2-mile (Grades K-5): 7:05 PM
  • 2-Mile (Grades 6-12): 7:35 PM
• Note: Schedule may change based on registration.

👩‍👧 Parental Participation

Parents can run with their registered athletes but only one parent at a time due to course and safety limitations.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be at the Fleet Feet Lewis Center location (Google Maps address here).

📝 Race Day Registration

Race day registration and packet pick-up will be available. Bring your phone and/or credit card for on-site registration.

🔄 Choosing Distances

Talk to your athlete about their preferred distance before race day. They can switch distances with immediate notification to the Race Penguin timing staff if needed.
