The Thumb Coast is a hidden gem in Michigan. Come try out this unique race to run from Sunrise to Sunset from one coast to another, From Lake Huron to Saginaw Bay. Can you beat the sun?
🏃♂️ Course Details
- Route: This amazing route follows mostly dirt roads and unimproved roads through the thumb.
- Elevation: Only 500 ft of elevation gain on the 50 Mile and 300 ft of elevation gain on the out and back 50 Kilometer race.
- Participants: This event is fast and a great event for speedsters, seasoned vets, and first timers.
- Cutoff Times: The race has generous cutoff times, but also has awesome unique additional finishers prizes for those who "beat the sun".

- Well Marked: The course will be extremely well marked.
- Aid Stations: There will be great aid stations throughout!
