🏞️ Course Details

The Denver Mother's Day 5K features a scenic course that winds through Denver's iconic City Park. Along the way, you'll be cheered on by enthusiastic volunteers and spectators, creating a festive and supportive atmosphere that is sure to make your Mother's Day unforgettable.

• Breakfast Provided: Pancake and sausage breakfast with OJ is provided by Flippin' Flapjacks for all registered participants.
• Finish Line Roses: All female participants will be greeted at the finish line with a rose to celebrate Mother's Day!

📅 Race Day Information

Celebrate Mother's Day at the 2025 Mother's Day 5K on Sunday, May 11th. The starter's gun goes off at 9:00 am at Denver's City Park. The race is chip timed by Colorado Race Timing, featuring live results and the ability to sign up for race day texts or emails.

• Age Cost: Ages 14 and under are only $20.00: RunSignUp will apply the price upon checkout.
• Packet Pickup: May 10th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets - 3825 Tennyson St. Denver, CO 80212.

👕 T-Shirt Registration

Register by April 20, 2025, to purchase a t-shirt. Shirts are Bella + Canvas tri-blend short sleeve shirts, high quality, super soft t-shirts! Unfortunately, anyone who registers after April 25, 2024, will NOT be able to purchase a t-shirt.

• Shirt Style: The shirts are form-fitted, and you can find the unisex style here.

🏅 Awards and Age Groups

Awards: Custom Die Cast 3.5" medals with custom lanyard

• Overall Awards: Top Three Overall Males and Females
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Boys/Girls in various age categories.

Day of registration opens at 7:30 am on Sunday, May 11th.

• East High School: Park at the parking lot, 1600 City Park Esplanade, Denver, 80206 (on Josephine St., between 16th and 17th Avenue.) - View Map
• 23rd Avenue Lots: Park in the parking lots along 23rd Avenue, between York St. and Colorado Boulevard: do NOT park in the lots designated for the Denver Zoo or Museum of Nature and Science - View Map
• North/South Streets: Park on north/south streets south of 17th Avenue between Colorado Boulevard and York Street - View Map
