Course Details
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE 5K COURSE (Route) CHANGE: Due to construction along our traditional route by the City of Rome recently, this year’s route will be the same one we used last year, in 2025. It is still ACCURATE and FAST!! The new course we are using this year travels along the beautiful Oostanaula River, as an out-and-back route utilizing the new trail near the Post Office. As in years past, it still starts and finishes at the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Riverwalk. The 5K race promises to be FLAT, FAST, and FUN!! Professional Timing
In addition to a certified course--which is a Peachtree RR Qualifier--the race will be professionally timed by Wire2Wire Running, LLC, using MyLaps' R.F.I.D. technology...the same technology used to time the Boston Marathon, London Marathon, and Tour de France.

Registration Information
- Race-Day Registration: Begins at 7:00am, $40 for 5K, $30 for 1Mi. Walk. Please Note: Day-of-Race registrants may not be guaranteed a t-shirt.
- Packet Pickup: Pre-registration packet pickup will be held Friday, June 26, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at 'Courtyard Marriott - Rome Riverwalk' hotel.
- Day-of Pickup: Available starting at 7:00 AM on race day.

Post-Race Amenities
- Water Stations: Provided along the course.
- Post-Race Food: Water and post-race snack items available at the finish on the patio of the Marriott.
- Parking: Available at 3rd Ave Parking Deck.
