🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Come and work up your Thanksgiving appetite with a family friendly 5K and Kids' Dash! This is one of the largest races in the Myrtle Beach area! The race course is through the scenic Market Common region of Myrtle Beach, which was home to the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Runners and walkers are all welcome!

📋 Race Info

Animals: Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a service animal must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
Prohibited Devices: Baby joggers, baby strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc. as recognized by the ADA are permitted on course. Those participating with a recognized device must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes.
Water Stops: No water stop on course.
Race Start: 5K race begins at 8:00 am. Gobbler Kids' (50 yards) Dash begins at 9:00 am.

Race Bib: 5K and Kids' Dash-Race Bib.
Kids' Dash Gift: Kids' Dash-Finisher gift.

📝 Registration

Online Only: Registration is only available online.
Closing Time: Registration closes Thursday, November 28 at 6:30 am.
Free Kids' Dash: Gobbler Kids' Dash is free but participants must register online.
Virtual Option: Virtual option only available until October 31 (Items will be mailed 2 weeks post race).

📦 Packet Pickup Information

Date & Time: Wednesday, November 27 from 4:00-7:00 pm at Dave & Buster’s (1322 Celebrity Circle, MB).
Race Day Pickup: Thursday, November 28 from 6:45-7:45 am at Grand Park Lake courtyard on Farrow Parkway.

Free Parking: Free parking in Farrow Parking Garage next to Nacho Hippo.
Side Streets: Free parking along side streets in Market Common.

Location: Portos in the courtyard at Grand Park Lake.

🏆 Awards

Overall Awards: Overall Male and Female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Masters Awards: Overall Masters Male and Female 1st place.
Age Group Awards: Age Groups Male and Female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for age categories 0-10 up through 80 and up.
Exclusions: No awards for Gobbler Kids' Dash or Virtual option.
