🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: April 19, 2025
• Location: 1500 N Lincoln Memorial Dr, Milwaukee, WI
• Distance: 5K run/walk
• Purpose: Proceeds go to Engineers Without Borders projects providing clean water to rural Guatemala.

🌐 Virtual Race Details

• Timing: Complete the virtual race between 6:00 AM on April 20 and 10:30 AM on April 28.
• Awards: Will be mailed out after the race.
• Note: The race directors reserve the right to change the in-person race to a virtual race.

📲 Submitting Your Results

• RaceJoy App: Use the RaceJoy app to track your race and submit times.
• Download: Visit www.racejoy.net/participants for details and download instructions.
• Bib Number: Check your registration on www.runsignup.com to find your bib number.
• Assistance: Contact us at run4watermke@gmail.com if you need help locating your bib number.

🛠️ RaceJoy Setup Instructions

1. Search for “Run 4 Water MKE” in the app and select the race.
2. Click “I Want to Be Tracked” and create your RaceJoy profile.
3. Select “5K Anywhere” as your course and enter your race bib number.
4. Ensure the device you’re using can access your location for tracking.
5. Enable “Progress Alerts” on the “Tracking Setup” screen to receive announcements.
6. Verify GPS placement on the map to ensure tracking is working.
7. Create a Race Fan Club if you wish, for friends and family to cheer you on.
8. Read tips in the app and remember to click the “Track Me” button on race day.
9. When ready, click “Track Me” and then “Start My Race” during the race window.
