- Event Purpose: Keep your heart healthy – and help do the same for others too! Give your heart a run and raise money to support the FHN Cardiopulmonary Department.
- Event Location: The FHN Healthy Heart Hustle 5K run (timed race) and a 1-mile Victory Lap for Cardiac Services alumni, kids, and families will start and end at FHN Family Healthcare Center – Burchard Hills Clinic, 1010 W. Fairway Drive, Freeport, IL.
- Date & Time: Saturday, July 19, 2024. Race and Walk begins at 8 a.m.

- Advance Registration: $25 for advance registration ending July 3.
- Discounted Rate: $10 for participants age 17 and under.
- T-Shirt Guarantee: T-shirt guaranteed to those who register before July 3.
- Post-Deadline Registration: $35 for registration on/after July 4.
