🧟 CALLING ALL SURVIVORS AND THRILL-SEEKERS!

• Prepare to test your speed, agility, and bravery: in the ultimate race for survival. Get ready to Run For Your Life, the undead roam the park and only the fastest make it out alive!

🏃‍♀️ The 5K Run:

• Course details: This course consists of 2 laps around Hamlin Town Park, the first lap will have you zig zag through haunted areas within the park following the same course as the Haunted Walk course. The second lap will lead you to the farthest part of the park as you then make your way to the finish line.
• Zombie presence: Zombies will be lurking along the course.
• Shirt included: SHIRT INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION.
• Costumes encouraged: We encourage runners to wear costumes!

👻 The Haunted Walk:

• Walk distance: Join us to walk 1.5 miles through the park on our interpretation of a Haunted Hayride on foot. You may be walking, but beware - zombies will still be roaming the course.
• Starting point: You will leave from the same location as the 5K Run, and walk throughout the park around the Haunted portion of the course.
• Family-friendly: This is a Great option for families or those who want a shorter distance but still enjoy the event.
• Shirt included: Includes Shirt with registration.

🧟‍♀️ Join the Horde of the Undead as a Zombie:

• Role clarification: If you sign up as a "Zombie" you are NOT running in the 5K Race.
• Pre-Race meeting: Zombies will attend a Pre-Race meeting at 5:30pm at the Charlie Maier Lodge after you check in at registration, to get detailed instructions on what is expected as a Zombie and to get your location spot along the course.
• Shirt collection: Zombies can collect leftover Race Shirts if available.
• No contact rule: No Zombie is allowed to make contact or come close enough to touch a Runner.

• Price from Sept 1 to Race Day: $20

🏅 Awards: (5K ONLY)

There will be Age Group awards (U10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) including the top 1 Male and Female overall finishers.

📦 Packet Pickup:

Saturday 10/19 (Day of race) at the Park Pavilion by the playground 5:00pm - 5:30pm
