📅 Dates, Times & Events

• Age: Adult/Open/College/Junior College

• Admission: Spectators must pay a $5 admission fee.

🦶 Spike Policy

The only acceptable spikes allowed on the track surface are 1/4 inch pyramid spikes. All spikes must be checked prior to competition.

🍔 Food Policy

Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed to be brought into the arena. Alumni Stadium provides the opportunity for individual food and beverage purchases at the concession stand.

📋 General Information

Meets are open to Open, Club and Collegiate runners. All events are run by mixed gender, unless specified. Heats are fast to slow, and a rolling time schedule unless otherwise noted on meet day. An approximate time schedule will be available at the clerking table on race day after registration closes.

🖊️ Pre-Registration & Fees

• Registration: Register on RunSignUp by 4pm on race day.
• Entry Fee: Online entry fee for individual events is $20 per meet. $15 for Kean Alumni or Cougar Running Club members.
• On-site Registration: Available for $30 on the day of the event.

🔄 Check-in Procedures

Doors open one hour prior to the meet's designated start time. Athletes cannot enter the track until the end of Lacrosse Game (around 6:45 pm).

Pre-Registered Runners should report to the end of the 100m Finish line. Day of Registration Runners should make payment, receive wristband & bib number, and fill in a registration card at the Registration table at the end of the past 100m finish line.

🏅 Meet Schedule

Check entry lists at the clerking table to ensure names and seed times are correct. Once the event is called (approximately 30 min prior to event start), report to the clerking area on turn one, outside the track, and the officials will assign you into a “section” and give you two hip numbers.

• Meet #1: Wednesday, 4/10/23 - 7:00 pm Start - 5000m, 3000m, 400m
• Meet #2: Wednesday, 4/17/2024 - 1500m run, Long Jump, 100m, 400m, 800m, Shot Put (4 attempts no final), Long Jump (4 attempts no final)
