Just a Pair of Shoes Run/Walk 5K to Empower Kids

👟 Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, May 10th 2025
• Location: Southern Ohio Brewing, Dayton, OH
• Time: Runner check-in and day-of registration from 9:30AM to 10:45AM
• Purpose: Spread awareness and raise money for kids in the Dayton area

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Course: Beavercreek bike path
• Proceeds: 100% of race proceeds will impact kids in the local area
• Awards: Top male and female runners will receive a custom one-of-a-kind trophy in each age group
• Timing: This will be a professionally timed course with anticipated fast results

🍻 Post-Race Celebration

• Join Us: Celebrate as a community at Southern Ohio Brewing
• Donations: A portion of every beverage purchased will be donated to Just a Pair of Shoes
• Food: A food truck will be available for purchase while runners wait
• Raffle: Purchase raffle tickets for prizes

• Location: Parking will be at EJ Nutter Park

💵 Registration Fee

• Pricing: $30.00, $35.00 after 15 April 2025
• Pricing for Youth: $20.00, $25.00 after 15 April 2025 for 18 & under
• Discount: Discounted pricing will be applied automatically based on participants' birthday
• Shirt: Each participant will receive a long sleeve shirt

👕 T-Shirt Details

• Size Options: Youth S - Youth XL
• Size Options: Adult S - Adult 3XL
• Deadline: Participants will not receive a shirt if they register after April 30th 2024

• Categories: The 1st Place Male & Female participant will receive a custom handcrafted trophy
• Age Groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79
