Just a Pair of Shoes Run/Walk 5K to Empower Kids

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Come join us on Saturday, May 10th 2025 for Just a Pair of Shoes' 3rd Annual 5K run or walk to spread awareness and raise money for kids in the Dayton area.

• Date: May 10th, 2025
• Location: Southern Ohio Brewing, Dayton, OH
• Check-in Time: 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM
• Proceeds: 100% of race proceeds will impact kids in the local area.

🏅 Awards

Top male and female runners will receive a custom one of a kind trophy in each age group.

• Aging Categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79.
• Timing: This will be a professionally timed course that is anticipated to yield fast results.

🍔 Post-Race Celebration

Following the race, please join us as a community at Southern Ohio Brewing, a portion of every beverage purchased will be donated to Just a Pair of Shoes!

• Food Truck: A food truck will be available for purchase.
• Raffle Tickets: You can purchase raffle tickets for prizes!

🚗 Parking

Parking will be at EJ Nutter Park.

💰 Registration Fee

• Adults: $30.00, $35.00 after April 15, 2025
• 18 & Under: $20.00, $25.00 after April 15, 2025
• Discount: Discounted pricing will be applied automatically based on participants' birthday.

👕 T-Shirts

• Included: Each participant will receive a long sleeve shirt.
• Size Options: Youth S - Youth XL, Adult S - Adult 3XL
• Deadline: Participants will not receive a shirt if they register after April 30th, 2024.
