• Check-In: 7:30 am
• Stretch Clinic: 8:20 am
• Opening Ceremony: 8:40 am

📝 REGISTRATION

• KIDS UNDER 12 yrs old: ARE FREE
• Adult Registration: includes a raffle ticket for opportunity to win prizes such as a hotel stay, fishing trip, entertainment tickets and more.

📅 Registration Details

• Early Registration (Race T-shirt Included): January 20, 2025 - $40
• Regular Registration: January 21 – March 31 - $40
• Late Registration: April 1 - 13 - $45

Race T-shirts with EARLY Registration ONLY & pick up at check-in: limited quantity available for purchase at the race.

ENTRY Fees are NON-Refundable, no exceptions.

Race Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Overall - Male & Female

❤️ WHY WE RUN THIS RACE?

• Mission: To bring awareness to mental health, PTSD and suicide in first responders, veterans, active military personnel and their families.
• Advocacy: We all have a role to play in listening, connecting, and reaching out to those who may be struggling with challenges.
• Honoring: Join us on April 13, 2025 as we honor those that have lost the battle to traumatic stress.
• Support: We will stand together to advocate for education, resources and treatment for mental health for first responders and military/veterans.

🌊 INVISIBLE WOUNDS ARE THE HARDEST TO HEAL

Proceeds from the race will be donated to The Franciscan Center's First Responders Post Trauma Training Program.

How the idea for this race started: In 2019, one of Madeira Beach Fire Department Firefighters lost his friend to suicide. His name was Emilio Rivera.…

LEGENDS NEVER DIE 5K is in honor of Firefighter Emilio Rivera and Marine Col. Jim Turner and many others.
