Cherokee Choices Mother's Day 5K

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

The 2025 Cherokee Choices Mother's Day 5K Run/Walk is offering two options to celebrate all of our wonderful Moms.

📍 5K Run/Walk Details

• Date: Saturday - May 10
• Location: Kituwah Mound in Bryson City
• Course: A mix of road, farm road, and trails, perfect for seasoned runners, first timers, and walkers.
• Host: Cherokee Choices

🔄 DIY Anywhere 5K

• Dates: Saturday - May 3 > Sunday - May 11
• Format: Participants can run or walk at any time and location that is convenient.
• Options: Run around the block, on trails, or even on a treadmill.
• Time Submission: Not required, but you can submit your time for online “just for fun” results starting from Saturday May 3 through Monday May 12.

💰 Entry Fees

• Adults: $15 Now until May 1st: $20 from May 1st until Race Day.
• Youth (1-12) & Elders (59-99+): $10 Now until Race Day.

🏆 Awards & Age Groups

• 5K: Top 3 Overall M/F.
• Age Groups: 8 & Under, 9-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-50, 51-60, 61+
• Everyone: Participants will receive a Mother's Day 5K shirt.

⏰ 5K Schedule

• Date: Saturday - May 10th
• 8:00am: Packet Pick Up & Onsite Registration
• 9:00am: START
• 10:00am: Awards Ceremony (Approx)

🎉 Proceeds

ALL (as in 100%) of all proceeds benefit EBCI Senior Citizens. Donate $50 or more and your entry is FREE!
