Join us as we celebrate the 27th TEF Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk on Sunday, June 1, 2025. And again this year - medals for everyone!
🐕 Race Details
- Date: June 1, 2025
- Location: Tenafly Middle School, Tenafly, NJ
- Participants: Over 1,500 runners and 100 dogs!
- Special Features: Family-friendly events, Fun Run, Tiger Cub runs, bounce houses
🎉 Family Event
- Fun Run: 1-mile event for all ages
- Tiger Cub Runs: For children aged 6 and under
- Family Health & Fitness Fair: Meet sponsors, enjoy snacks and drinks
- Entertainment: Face painting and bounce houses!
💖 Support a Cause
All proceeds from the event support the Tenafly Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds teacher-initiated programs and projects in the Tenafly public schools that the school budget is unable to cover. These grants allow teachers and administrators to bring their creative and innovative ideas into the classroom in order to enhance the learning experience.

- Fundraising: The event raised over $50,000 in 2024 and has raised more than $800,000 since its inception in 1999.
- TEF’s Role: The Tenafly 5K is the single largest fundraiser for TEF.
