Apple Harvest 10k

🍏 Course

Certified (VT13007JK) 10K out and back through Charlotte. This fast course is a mix of dirt and paved roads and has pleasant scenery - apple orchards, views along Lake Champlain, and the covered bridge at the turn around point. The start and finish is at Shelburne beach and proceeds along Bostwick, Orchard, and Lake roads. Water stops are at approximately 2 and 4 miles.

📝 Registration

• Online Registration: Pre-registration online, closes on Friday, Sept. 20th at noon.
• Race Day Registration: Available at the Shelburne Town Beach (8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.)

🚫 Restrictions

• Age Limit: Open to all runners 12 and older.
• Accompaniment: Runners under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the race.
• Dog Policy: The Town of Shelburne prohibits dogs, whether leashed or unleashed, on the beach and in the park.

• Pre-registration Fee: $20
• Race Day Fee: $25
• Member Discount: GMAA Members subtract $5

Prizes

Prizes for top men’s, women’s and non-binary finishers in each age group (followed by perennial crowd-pleaser, the GMAA prize raffle!).

Event parking on site at Shelburne Town Beach lot.

🍏 After the Race

• Shelburne Orchards: Located near the one mile mark of the race, open 9-5 race day. They have apple picking, cider doughnuts, and cider!
• Refreshments: REFRESHMENTS FOR ALL AFTER THE RACE AT SHELBURNE BEACH!

⚠️ Note

GMAA/Insurance rules prohibit running with a baby jogger or dog. For safety reasons and as a courtesy to fellow runners, GMAA strongly discourages the use of headphones. There are no refunds, deferrals, or transfers.
