Apple Harvest 10k

🍏 Course

• Certification: Certified VT13007JK 10K out and back through Charlotte.
• Terrain: This fast course is a mix of dirt and paved roads.
• Scenery: Enjoy apple orchards, views along Lake Champlain, and the covered bridge at the turn around point.
• Route: The start and finish is at Shelburne beach and proceeds along Bostwick, Orchard, and Lake roads. Water stops are at approximately 2 and 4 miles.

📝 Registration

• Online Registration: Pre-registration online, closes on Friday, Sept. 20th at noon.
• Race Day Registration: Available at the Shelburne Town Beach (8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.).

🚫 Restrictions

• Age Limit: Open to all runners 12 and older.
• Accompaniment: For runners under the age of 12, the runner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the race.
• Dogs: Prohibited by the Town of Shelburne on the beach and in the park.

💰 Entry Fee

• Prices: $20 Pre-registration / $25 Race Day (GMAA Members subtract $5).

🏆 Prizes

• Age Groups: Prizes for top men’s, women’s and non-binary finishers in each age group.
• Raffle: Followed by perennial crowd-pleaser, the GMAA prize raffle!

• Location: Event parking on site at Shelburne Town Beach lot.

🍏 After the Race

• Shelburne Orchards: Located near the one mile mark of the race, will be open 9-5 race day. They have apple picking, cider doughnuts, and cider!
• Refreshments: Refreshments for all after the race at Shelburne Beach!

⚠️ Notes

• Prohibition: GMAA/Insurance rules prohibit running with a baby jogger or dog.
• Courtesy: GMAA strongly discourages the use of headphones for safety reasons and as a courtesy to fellow runners.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds, deferrals, or transfers.
