This year's run will be held at Shelter #4 at the Hubert Fry Center. 4301 Amnicola Hwy. 35.096789, -85.252634 We will still be using the same flat and fast course and starting in our original location.

• Start Point: Shelter #4
• Route: Run toward the Dam and back down the riverwalk
• Distance: Flat and fast 5K

• Provision: Water station available
• Location: Approximately halfway into the race

🎉Event Celebration

Global Running Day is our holiday: a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on Saturday, June 7th to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line.

Once again this year we are partnering with RUN RHINO for our timing and race management.

📦Packet Pick-up

• Date: Friday, June 6th
• Time: 3 PM - 7 PM
• Location: Fleet Feet

🏆Awards and Prizes

We will be giving overall and age group awards this year. TBD. We know some people. And some pretty cool brands, Let's just say, we’re planning some fun raffle giveaways and category prizes.

The RUN CHA 5K coincides with Global Running Day (WEEK) and is open to runners of all levels and abilities.

🗓️Registration Dates

• Online Registration: Closes Friday, June 7th at 11:59 PM
• Fees: 5K - $30 until June 1st: $35 from June 2nd - June 7th

👕Race Shirts

Race Shirts (unisex, high tech tri-blend) are included with registration.

• Registration Details: Online race registration will close June 7th at 11:59 PM or once the maximum field is reached, regardless of the date.
• Race Day Registration: If the race isn’t full, race day registration is available.
• Phone/Fax/Email Registration: Not accepted.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds or transfers.

📅Race Schedule

• Friday, June 6th: Packet Pick up at Fleet Feet (307 Manufacturers Rd) from 3 PM - 7 PM
• Saturday, June 7th:
  • 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM: Packet Pick Up at Start/Finish
  • 8:00 AM: Race starts promptly

Packet Pick-up will close promptly at 7:45 AM. We WILL NOT delay the start of the race if you haven’t picked up your packet yet! If you’re in town, please make every effort to visit Packet Pick-up on Friday.

• 1st - 3rd Male & Female Overall
• 1st Master Overall
• 1st - 3rd in every 5 year age group: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65-69, 70 & over.
