Join the Pineland Striders for our annual Independence Day Races! The Pineland Striders are proud to welcome runners to Medford, NJ for the 46th year! Join us in celebrating Independence Day with some sweaty summer miles!

🏅 Event Details

• Races Offered: 10K, 5K, and FREE Kids' Fun Run.
• Swag: Participants in the USATF-sanctioned, chip-timed 10K and 5K will receive our exclusive race swag.
• Course: Both the 10K and 5K courses are fast and flat.
• Hydration: On-course hydration will be available.

🚫 Important Guidelines

• Strollers: Allowed in both the 10K and 5K races.
• Course Finish: Race finishes by crossing a grass field onto the Shawnee High School track.
• Pets: Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the race.
• Cutoff: Two-hour cutoff for all paces.

🎓 Community Impact

• Scholarships: Proceeds from the races fund two scholarships for Shawnee High School student athletes.
• Support: Remaining proceeds benefit Prince of Peace Community Food Pantry in Marlton, NJ.

📅 Registration Information

Pre-registration closes on Wednesday, June 25. Race day registration will be available ($55 for the 10K, $45 for the 5K)!

🏆 Team Challenge

We are excited to continue last year's new Team Challenge this year! When you sign up, feel free to create or join a team. All teams with five or more members will have their times entered into the Team Challenge. Each team's three fastest times will be combined, and the team with the fastest overall time will win the challenge! Awards will also be given out to the largest team and to the most spirited team.
