🎉 Welcome to the Independence Day Races

Join the Pineland Striders for our annual Independence Day Races! The Pineland Striders are proud to welcome runners to Medford, NJ for the 46th year! Join us in celebrating Independence Day with some sweaty summer miles!

🏃‍♀️ Race Categories

• 10K and 5K: Participants in the USATF-sanctioned, chip-timed races will receive our exclusive race swag.
• Swag Item: High-quality and one-size-fits-all, details to be revealed closer to race day.
• Free Kids' Fun Run: A perfect way to engage kids in the fun of racing!
• All Paces Welcome: With a two-hour cutoff, everyone can participate.

💧 Course Information

• Course Type: Both 10K and 5K courses are fast and flat.
• Hydration: On-course hydration will be available.
• Stroller-Friendly: Strollers are allowed on both races: however, the finish is a grass field leading to the Shawnee High School track.
• Pets: Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the race.

🎓 Supporting the Community

• Scholarships: Proceeds from the races fund two scholarships for Shawnee High School student athletes.
• Community Support: Remaining proceeds benefit the Prince of Peace Community Food Pantry in Marlton, NJ.

📅 Registration Details

• Pre-registration: Closes on Wednesday, June 25.
• Race Day Registration: Available ($55 for the 10K, $45 for the 5K).
• Team Challenge: Create or join a team: awards for the fastest team, largest team, and most spirited team.
