Super Sprint

• Swim: 300 meter swim in the resort pools!
• Bike: 10 mile ride on ultra-flat roads of Marco Island.
• Run: 2 Mile beach run to a fabulous finish with post-race culinary treats.

Sprint

• Swim: 300 meter pool swim.
• Bike: 15 mile ride.
• Run: 3.1 Mile beach run through soft sands of Marco Island.

Sprint Ocean Swim (Competitive)

• Swim: 600m gulf swim in the ocean.
• Bike: 15 miles.
• Run: 5k beach run.
