• Event: The WILMA Dash is Wilmington, North Carolina’s ONLY All-Female 5K!
• Organizer: The race is presented by WILMA Magazine.
• Participants: It's great for first-time runners, walkers, and seasoned runners looking for a personal best.
• Post-Race: After your race, stay for the Health Fest, food, and drinks.

🏃‍♀️ DISTANCES OFFERED

• 5K: The 5K is timed. You can run or walk.
• 5K Virtual: You can run or walk anywhere, anytime. Just submit results on this website by May 10th.

🎉 AFTER YOUR RACE

• Health Fest: Join us at the Health Fest!
• Location: The Health Fest takes place at the start and finish line, inside the Convention Center’s 30,000 square foot Expo Hall.
• Included: Entry into The Health Fest is included with your WILMA Dash registration.
• Features: It includes dozens of local health & wellness exhibitors, food, drinks, awards and more!

🤝 HOW TO REGISTER

• Register Before the Race: Click on the SIGN UP button in the upper right corner.
• On-Site Registration: If you plan to register on-site, you will need to use your own mobile device such as a mobile phone.
• Process: Registrants will be asked to scan a QR code to register online.

🚗 PARKING

• Wilmington Convention Center Garage: The rate is $3 for the first hour, then $2 for each additional hour (max of $13). An attendant will be on site.
• Nutt Street Parking Deck: $1/hour payable by debit or credit card only.
• Additional Parking: Parking is also available at any open parking lot or open street parking spot.

• Partnership: The WILMA Dash has partnered with Northside Food Co-Op.
• Mission: The Northside Food Co-Op's mission is to increase access to nutritious, affordable food: foster community resiliency: and interrupt the cycle of multigenerational poverty.
• Location: It's based in the Northside Wilmington, North Carolina neighborhood–a historically disenfranchised area that is also a USDA-defined food desert.
• Future Plans: The Northside Food Co-op will be a full-service grocery store, built to meet community needs.
