• Proceeds: Proceeds from the race will benefit the Union R-XI Foundation.
• Event: Join us for the 47th Annual Founder's Day Run presented by the Union R-XI Foundation.

🌟 Event Details

• New Direction: Under new direction, the race has returned to its roots with an evening start during Union's annual Founder's Day Festival.
• History: Being the oldest and longest-standing road race in Franklin County and one of the oldest in the St. Louis metro area.
• Challenge: Known to be a tough race: this year will be no different.
• Start/Finish: The start/finish has been moved to the courthouse square, but the route has not been finalized yet.

🎉 Community Celebration

• Family-Friendly: Come early and bring your family to see what Founder's Day has to offer.
• Post-Race Fun: After the race, grab some food and enjoy music.
• Events: The celebration includes turtle races, craft vendors, a cornhole tournament, pickleball tournament, pie baking contest, food trucks, music, and more.
• Sponsorship: Sponsored by the Union Parks & Recreation Department and local businesses.
