🦃 Titletown Turkey Trot
We hope that you will join us at Boyle County High School on Thanksgiving morning, November 27th, 2025 at 8:00am for the LARGEST RACE IN DANVILLE KY, the 4th Annual Titletown Turkey Trot in memory of Deangelo Durham. This will be a competitive event but also family friendly event and runners, walkers, kids, strollers and pets are all welcome and encouraged to join us! If you have someone that isn't running we will have plenty to do for spectators as well. Bring the whole family!
👟 Event Details
We will be having two events, the first event will be the 1 mile Gobble Wobble geared toward those that want to hang out and take it easy and have a nice short walk or jog. The second event will be the 5K which will be chip timed by Race Rise and will have awards for overall and age groups. All participants will receive a Titletown Turkey Trot branded long sleeve shirt and a commemorative finishers medal.
🥇 Event Highlights
- Success: This event was a huge success in 2024 with over 325 runners.
- Community Support: This event is a fun way for the community to support the family of Deangelo Durham through a scholarship program for his two children.
- In Memory: Dee was a wonderful person in the Danville community who will never be forgotten.
- Special Occasion: We have since named this race in his memory and will support his family moving forward.

- Course Type: Closed course on paved trail surfaces starting on the awesome turf field of Boyle County High School and wandering through beautiful Millennium Park.
- Shirt: New this year Titletown long sleeve shirt.
- Medals: Commemorative finishers medal.
- Timing: Chip timed 5K run/walk with overall and age group awards.

📦 Packet Pick-Up/Late Registrations
- Date: Wednesday, November 26th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Danville Bike and Footwear 417 W Main St, Danville, KY 40422.
- Date: Thursday November 27th beginning at 7:00am at Boyle County High School Rebel Stadium.
🏅 Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place at 9:00am. Top 3 Male and Female overall winners and age group winners will receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Apex Promoz Winners medal.
