❤️ ABOUT HEART FELT

• Mission: Heartfelt provides cardiac screening in order to save lives from preventable tragedies due to Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD).
• Screenings Offered: Echocardiograms (ECHO) and Electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG) are offered for a nominal donation, per screening.
• Who They Screen: Heartfelt screens students, athletes, adults, and kids, ages 5 & up.
• Impact: In 2024, Heartfelt reached an incredible milestone, having screened a total of 60,000 adults and children, resulting in approximately 6,600 individuals being referred for further evaluation, and over 1,000 lives saved.

👶 MEET JETT!

• Early Diagnosis: At just 10 days old, Jett was diagnosed with a rare and complex heart condition known as Ventricular Tachycardia, which disrupts the heart’s electrical pathways.
• Remarkable Journey: His first year included life flights, hospital stays, and a complex cardiac ablation procedure that lasted nearly nine hours.
• Multiple Challenges: After a series of complications, including cardiac arrest, Jett required immediate emergency open heart surgery.
• Resilience: Celebrating his second birthday in October 2023, Jett's resilience and courage continue to inspire us every day.
