The Original Kroger A2 Turkey Trot

🦃 Welcome to the Turkey Trot!

Think “November” and visions of roast turkey undoubtedly come to mind. Epic Races invites you to envision — and experience — a totally different take on that famous fall bird with The Original Kroger A2 Turkey Trot. Join us at Hudson Mills Metropark for this annual autumn tradition and enjoy a late-season run that is fun for the whole family!

🏃‍♂️ Race Distances

LET’S TALK TURKEY!

• 5K Loop: A scenic run around Hudson Mills.
• 10K Course: A challenge of two 5K loops.
• Mile Fun Run: A taste of our Turkey Trot.
• Iron Turkey Option: Run both the 5K and 10K, a total of 9.3 miles!

Don't forget: the A2 Turkey Trot is walker-friendly! But wait.. there's more! All kids 10 and under race FREE!

📅 Schedule of Events

• 8:55 a.m.: Kids' 200 meter Drumstick Dash
• 9:00 a.m.: 5K Start
• 10:00 a.m.: 10K Start
• 10:30 a.m.: Mashed Potato Mile Start

🚗 Directions and Parking

Hudson Mills Metropark is located at 8801 N. Territorial Road, Dexter, MI 48130. If you don't have an annual pass, the park fee is $10. To help the flow of traffic, please have your pass or a $10 bill ready! Learn more about Metropark passes and parking fees HERE.

Enter the park from North Territorial Road and follow signs to The Activity Center. You will be directed to parking.

🎉 Post-Race Party

Stick around post race for food and festivities! Our Epic staff and volunteers will be cooking up pancakes, breakfast burritos, and more for race participants.
