Enjoy this one-of-a-kind route that winds through and around lovely downtown Adairsville, GA and follows the tracks where the actual Chase took place!!! The 5K start and finish are adjacent to the historic Downtown Adairsville Train Depot, where the Great Locomotive Chase passed through on April 12th, 1862! EXACTLY 163 Years ago on RACE DAY!

- 6:45 AM: Race Day Registration Opens
- 7:45 AM: Race Day Registration Closes
- 8:00 AM: 5K Start time
- 9:15 AM: Awards Ceremony
🏆 Awards
5K Overall: Awards will be given to the Top Three (3) Overall M&F finishers, as well as the Top Master M&F.
5K Age Groups: Awards will be given to the Top Three (3) male/female finishers in each of the following age groups: 10&Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 & Over.
Please Note: T-shirts for the 10 & under free registration are only for those that pre-register prior to the April 7th Deadline.
