Personal Best Racing is bringing you the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon at the Preston Miller Park! Come celebrate the sport of triathlon with us by participating in the sprint triathlon that captures the area's beauty and industry!
🏊 Swim Details
- Distance: 400 Meters
- Location: Russel Sim aquatic center
- Lanes: 50 meter lanes available
- Focus: Stretch out and build your speed!
🚴 Bike Course
- Distance: ~14 miles
- Route: Depart from the park onto Veterans Blvd
- Traversal: Through neighborhood roadways
- Return: Loop back to the park via Veterans
🏃 Run Course
- Distance: 5k
- Start: Begins in the park
- Path: Clockwise around one mile paved path
- Finish: Checkerboard finish line!

- Shirt: Each participant will receive a shirt with registration
- Finishers Gift: Every participant gets a gift
- Awards: Top 3 male and female overall
- Age Groups: Awards for top 3 in various age groups

- Membership: USAT Annual Membership required, available for one day purchase through registration
👶 Kids Triathlon
There is a kids event that will be taking place at 9:30am following the adult event. The kids event will consist of a 50 meter swim, a 3 mile bike, and a 1 mile run. The kids courses are being redeveloped as we work with the city officials for the safest course!
