📅 Date and Time

• Date: Saturday May 10th
• Rain or Shine: The event will take place regardless of the weather.
• Start Time: 9am for the 5K, 8:30am for the Fun Run.
• Parking: Arrive before 8am to avoid parking fees.

🏞️ Location

• Venue: Heckscher State Park - Field 1, East Islip, NY
• Strollers: Jogging strollers are welcome!
• Course: One of the flattest and most scenic on Long Island.
• Participants: All types, ages, and capabilities are encouraged to join.

👩‍❤️‍👩 Community Celebration

• Invitation: Calling ALL LADIES!!!
• Participants: Moms, Daughters, Sisters, Grandmas, Aunts, Step-Moms, Adoptive Moms, Foster Moms, and Moms-to-be.
• Tradition: A great new tradition to start with the special women in our lives!
• Fun: Join us for a fun day of running or walking!

🏆 Awards

• 5K Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall.
• Age Groups: Awards for top three males and females in various age groups.
• Age Divisions: Includes categories from 14 and under up to 85+
• Registration: T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by April 30th.

🎽 Fun Run

• Open To: Children 12 and under.
• Time: Starts at 8:30am.
• Results: Available online after the race.
• Entry Fee: $20 with event shirt if registered by April 30th, $25 day-of.

💰 Entry Fees

• 5K Fee: $35 with an event shirt guaranteed if registered by May 1st, $40 day-of.
• Fun Run Fee: $20 with an event shirt guaranteed if registered by April 30th, $25 day-of.
• Charitable Giving: Supports local mothers and families in need through the Nest Egg.
• Food Drive: Bring non-perishable food items to help Island Harvest feed neighbors on Long Island.
