🏅 ABOUT THE RACE

Trident Multisport was established in 2012 with the idea of bringing quality multisport events to our local area and has worked hand and hand with DQ Events and their staff for over the last 11 years. We have established some high quality, fun, safe events that include the Phoenix Sprint, the Survival of the Mills, and the Brookville Olympic/Sprint.

📋 PACKET PICKUP / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration is digital but we will also have paper sign-ups race morning. There will be on site registration with CASH only and online registration closes at the start of the race. Please have the following items easily accessible to maintain the efficiency and speed of Packet Pickup:

Required: Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person.
Required: Proof of ID
Required for Annual Members Only: USAT Membership ID
Optional: Email Confirmation Bar Code per registrant (Printed or Digital) to scan

📍 WHERE AND WHEN

The race will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025 - 7:00 a.m. sharp.

All events start and finish at Manahawkin Lake Park III, Manahawkin, NJ 08050

🗓️ ITINERARY

Friday

5 - 6:30 pm - (Optional) Check-in and Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration online only if available at race site. (You can pick up packet race morning, please arrive early to allow enough time)

Saturday

5:45 - 6:50 am - Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration both paper (cash only) and online only if available (prices increased)
6:45 am - Pre-race briefing at Transition Area, after the briefing we will require ALL SWIMMERS to cross over the Swim timing mat before we can start the race
7:00 am - Races start (waves based on # of entrants)
9:30 am - Post-Race Party, Refreshments, &: Awards Ceremony at ManaFirkin Brewing Co.

🥳 POST-RACE PARTY & AWARDS CEREMONY

9:30 am - There will be a party &: awards ceremony at ManaFirkin Brewing Co. with drink specials. Food/ snacks will also be provided. The brewery is less than one mile from the Race Site. Manafirkin has a large outdoor area where the awards and food will be. Directions: ManaFirkin Brewing Co. 450 E Bay Ave, Manahawkin, NJ 08050

🏊 DISTANCES

Stafford Township is located just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island. Come down, race, and enjoy a nice weekend on the white sandy beaches of LBI before summer gets into full swing. The Stafford Race course is flat and fast. The swim is in a deep fresh water lake. The bike course will be fast and is freshly paved and smooth (when the bridge construction is complete, we hope to add it back to the bike course). The run takes you along the lake road through the quiet neighborhood of Deer Lake Park. The run is an out and back course so you can keep an eye on and track down your competition. You don't want to miss this event.
