Southern Oregon Runners Turkey Trot Run

🦃 Race Overview

Come to Talent, Oregon for our Thanksgiving run! We will be hosting a food drive for the SOU food bank and a portion of the proceeds will go to SOR Student Runners Programs which include:

• Shoes for Kids: provides shoes to Jr. High and High School athletes who would like to participate in Cross Country and Track but cannot afford proper running shoes.
• KidsRunFree: provides free entry to all SOR races for kids 18 & under.
• XC Project: provides timing support for schools during cross country season.

When - November 27, 2025

• Free Turkey Dash Kids Run: 8:00 AM (8 and Under)
• 8 Mile Run: 8:15 AM
• 5k Run/Walk: 8:30 AM
• 2 Mile Family Run/Walk: 8:40 AM

📋 Registration and Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick Up and Registration - November 26th from 3:30 PM - 8 PM at Legend Cider Co. Talent Taphouse, 245 W Valley View, Talent, Oregon 97540. Packet pick up is also available from 7 AM - 8 AM on the day of the race. NO DAY OF REGISTRATION will be offered.

🎖 Race Benefits

Participants will receive a custom race bib and finishers medal. No age group awards.

🚫 Event Restrictions

NO DOGS, BIKES, SKATEBOARDS OR SKATES PERMITTED.
