🏞️ Sehgahunda (Solo and Relay)

• Distance: 26.3 miles of awesome trail
• Support: 8 stocked aid stations/check points
• Medal: Handmade arrowhead finisher medal

🚶 Vale of 3 Falls (5k, 10k, 15k)

• Course: Each course is an out and back on a seasonal gravel road. It definitely has a hill
• Aid Stations: 5k has 1 aid station, 10k has 3 aid stations, 15k has 5 aid stations
• Shirts: Guaranteed if registered before May 1st.

• Distance: You get 72 kilometers of fun
• SWAG: You get all the SWAG plus the Sehgahunda 72 handmade "Put a Nail in Me, I'm done" finisher plaque
• Races: You run all 4 races over 2 days
• Scenery: Amazing scenery at Letchworth State Park!

💧 Aid Station Information

Both days of race weekend feature cup free aid stations. Sehgahunda 26.3 participants are required to carry hydration with them while on course.
