The race will be held on May 17, 2025.
📍 Race Course Overview
- Starting Point: Mill Race Park in Parsons
- Running Distance: 3.9 miles to Hendricks Park
- Kayaking/Canoeing: 3+ miles back to Mill Race Park
- Biking Distance: 7 miles to Hendricks Park and back
🚶♂️ Additional Events
- 2K Walk: Held within the walking track of Mill Race Park
- 5K Run: Starts at the same line as the 2K Walk and Triathlon
- Run Course: Follows a small portion of the Triathlon Track into Nursery Bottom
- Trail Details: One full lap on a paved and grass-covered trail

⚠️ Important Information
- Safety Gear: PFDs (Life Jackets), Helmets, and Whistles are required on the river
- Bicycle Helmets: Required on the bike portion of the event
