Powered to Move Superhero Run, Walk & Wheelchair Roll 5K & Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Calling all superheroes! We need you to join us for our 3rd annual race. All abilities are welcome to run, walk or roll the 5K course or fun run.

Please join us for a fun race and the opportunity to encourage everyone to #MoveWhatYouCan!

🌟 Mission Statement

Powered to Move’s mission is Putting Christ’s Love in Action by providing people with intellectual and physical disabilities opportunities for physical fitness, social interaction and community connection. All proceeds and donations will be used to support our Adapted Fitness, Wingman and Handcycle program, as well as the activities and events at the Powered to Move Community Center.

⚠️ Registration Requirements

Please note: a family member or friend must be registered to participate with those registrants who need assistance through the race, including those with intellectual disabilities and young children under the age of 5. Everyone participating in the race must be registered and displaying their bib while on the race course.

🦽 Participant Information

• Welcomed Equipment: Manual Wheelchair participants, push chairs, hand cycles, race chairs and strollers are welcomed.
• Animals: Service animals will be the only animals allowed.

T-shirt Availability

T-shirts will be available: unisex t-shirts Adult sizes Extra Small to XXL and will be guaranteed for registrations before 9/1, after 9/1 will receive on a limited basis if size is available.

• Categories: Overall - M/F - Handcycle, M/F - Wheelchair, M/F - Race Chair, M/F - Push Chair team, M/F - 12 & under, M/F - 13 to 19, M/F - 20 to 29, M/F - 30 to 39, M/F - 40 to 49, M/F - 50 to 59, M/F - 60 to 69, M/F - 70+.
