🏃‍♂️ ABOUT THIS EVENT

• Course Details: The 5k course is on flat, paved roads in Kerkhoven. The 10k course is mostly paved roads with about 1.5 miles of mowed grass on the golf course. There is also a short distance of gravel road.
• Water Stops: Water stops every couple of miles.
• Post-Race Activities: After the run, there will be children’s games and a children’s tractor pull, a flea market, firemen’s feed, kiddie rides, swimming and a parade, all part of the annual Kerkhoven Town and Country Days.
• Stay and Enjoy: Please feel free to stay and enjoy the day.

📝 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Pre-registration: Pre-registration closes July 22nd at 8:00pm.
• Race Day Registration: Race day registration from 7:00am to 8:00am.
• Paper Registration: Paper Registration available by FLYER.
• Shirt Guarantee: Registrants are guaranteed a shirt if registered by 7-14-20.

⏰ SCHEDULE

• Registration Start: 7:00AM - race day registration begins.
• Race Start: 8:00AM - start of races.
• Awards Ceremony: Awards ceremony after races.
• Proceeds: Proceeds from this race go towards the Pillsbury Swimming Pool and BKMS Cross Country Team.

🏅 AGE GROUPS/AWARDS

• Top Finishers: Awards for the top male and female finishers.
• Medals Awarded: Medals awarded to the top three finishers in each age division, both men's and women's.
• Age Divisions: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
• Participation: All participants are encouraged to compete for top honors.
