Parkinson's Awareness Run/Walk Sponsored by Fusion and Rock Steady Boxing!
This is a wonderful event where Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding communities can come out and support the Parkinson's community by running or walking the distance of their choice.

🏅 Race Options
- 5K: A mix of a trail and pavement run. This event is timed. Ages 12 and up.
- 1-Mile Course: All paved and wheelchair accessible. This course is not officially timed.
💰 Proceeds
All proceeds will be going to our YMCA Parkinson's/Therapeutic Wellness Department and to our local Parkinson's Association.
