Parkinson's Awareness Run/Walk Sponsored by Fusion and Rock Steady Boxing!
This is a wonderful event where Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and surrounding communities can come out and support the Parkinson's community by running or walking the distance of their choice.

- Timing: This event is timed.
- Ages: Participants aged 12 and up for the 5K.
🏞️ Course Information
- 5K Course: A mix of a trail and pavement run.
- 1-Mile Course: All paved and wheelchair accessible.
- Timing: The 1-mile course is not officially timed.
- Proceeds: All proceeds will go to our YMCA Parkinson's/Therapeutic Wellness Department and to our local Parkinson's Association.
