Northland 5K for Food Allergy

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 3rd year with a new starting location, but all the same family-friendly, food allergy fun you've come to expect!
• Date: May 24, 2025
• Location: Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN
• Details: This 3.1 mile out and back run/walk will begin and end at Endion Station. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants!

👶 Kids' Fun Run

• Age Group: We will once again be hosting a Kids' Fun Run for anyone 12 and under.
• Time: Expected start time will be between 9-9:30am, immediately following the 5K.
• Duration: Enjoy the excitement as kids join in the fun!
• Participation: All registered 5K participants are encouraged to let the kids join!

🍽️ Post-Race Festivities

• Food: Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event.
• Activities: There will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home.
• Special Guests: Representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.
• Fun: Join us for a family-friendly celebration!

📝 Registration Information

• Deadline: Online registration will be open until the start of the 5K at 8 AM on 5/24/25.
• Inclusions: Your registration will include a 5K shirt or ALEIA Project beanie.
• No Swag Option: You may also choose the 'No Swag' option, meaning you will NOT receive a shirt or hat.
• Price Increase: Registration price will increase to $40 on May 1st, 2025. Register Early!

📍 Race Details

• Start/End Location: Endion Station, 200 Lake Place Drive, Duluth, MN
• Packet Pick-Up: May 23, 2025 at Austin-Jarrow from 4-6PM (1025 W Central Entrance, Duluth, MN 55811)
• Run/Walk Start Times: 5K - 8AM: KIDS' RUN - immediately following 5K (approx. 9AM)
• Course Details: 3.1 mile course starting and ending at Endion Station, going northeast on the Lakewalk toward Beacon Pointe and back. Link to course map: 2025 Northland 5K for Food Allergy Course Map

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Packet Pick-Up: Packets may be picked up on race morning, however, we encourage picking up the night before if possible.
• Congestion Warning: The Lakewalk will NOT be closed to the public on race morning. Please be courteous and respectful to those using the trail for non-5K associated activities.
• Registration Caution: Registrations after 5/7/25 will not include any race-day swag.
• Reminder: Early registration is encouraged!
