🏅 Distance Breakdown
400 yd swim | 5.4 mile bike | 2.2 mile run
🌊 Swim
- Start: Starting in the water at Millerton, athletes will utilize Millerton Lake Boat Launch.
- Distance: Athletes will swim 400 yards around buoys, back to the boat ramp.
- Exit: Exit the water and proceed to the Transition Area.
🚴 Bike
- Start: Starting at the Transition Area, athletes will make their way north towards the Millerton park entrance.
- Turnaround: The turnaround is at the top Millerton Lake SRA sign.
- Route: The bike is out and back with rolling hills.
- Return: Returning to the transition area.
🏃♀️ Run
- Surface: Run is all asphalt road.
- Start: Starting at the Transition Area, athletes head north from the parking lot along the street.
- Distance: Run for approximately 1.1 miles towards the Millerton park entrance to the turnaround.
- Finish: Return to the finish line at the crosswalk.
