🏊♂️ Overview of the Race
USAT Sanctioned Super Sprint Triathlon. Perfect for beginners, or a tune-up before your next big race.
Distance: 400 yd swim | 5.4 mile bike | 2.2 mile run
🏊 Swim Details
- Location: Starting in the water at Millerton, athletes will utilize Millerton Lake Boat Launch.
- Course: Athletes will swim 400 yards around buoys, back to the boat ramp.
- Transition: Exit the water and proceed to the Transition Area.
🚴 Bike Course
- Start: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head north towards the Millerton park entrance.
- Turnaround: At the turnaround at the top Millerton Lake SRA sign.
- Route: The bike course is out and back with rolling hills.
- Return: Athletes will ride back to the transition area.
🏃♂️ Run Details
- Surface: The run is all asphalt road.
- Route: Starting at the Transition Area, athletes head north from the parking lot along the street.
- Distance: Approximately 1.1 miles towards the Millerton park entrance to the turnaround.
- Finish: Athletes will return to the finish line.
