🏃‍♂️ Race Registration

• Announcement: Fleet Feet is pleased to announce registration for Loop The Lagoon 2025 is now open!
• Event Purpose: Join us for a fun filled day with friends, family and school mates all while raising money for YOUR Vacaville School!
• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a medal and are guaranteed the brand new Loop Tech Hat with their registration as long as they register by April 16, 2025.
• Hat Availability: If not, any excess hats will only be available on race day after the race.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: Packet pickup will be on 4/25/25 from 12pm - 6pm at Fleet Feet Vacaville located at 354 Merchant St, Vacaville, CA 95688.
• Race Day Pickup: There will be race day packet pick up from 6:30-7:30 AM at Lagoon Valley park (Kids fun run packets available until 8:30 AM).
• Encouragement: We highly encourage you to pick up your packet on Friday to minimize lines and for you to get your FREE parking pass!

⏰ Race Start Times

• 5K & 10K: 8:00 AM - Tower Challenge
• 2 Mile Walk: 8:05 AM - Untimed walk
• Kids Fun Run: 9:00 AM - 1/2 Mile
• Kids Fun Run: 9:15 AM - 1 Mile

🏞️ Race-Day Activities

• Main Event: The 5K Run/Walk & 10K Tower Run will be at 8:00 a.m. All runners will be lined up according to their pace.
• Staging Area: The lineup will be clearly marked by pace time. The main staging area for all race-day activities is at Lagoon Valley Park, 4627 Pena Adobe Rd., Vacaville, California.
• Family Fun: Other race-day activities include community booths, kids zone with a petting zoo, music and other fun activities for the entire family.

🤝 Community Collaboration

• Partnership: Loop The Lagoon is a collaboration between Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF) and Fleet Feet Vacaville.
• Purpose: They have joined together to raise awareness and support for children and our schools in Vacaville.
• Thank You: Thank you for getting out and exercising and remember supporting this event raising money for YOUR Vacaville school!
