Lake Region Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Lake Region Run has been the lakes area premier event since 2007. The beautiful scenery of the Fergus Falls area, the variety of race lengths, and ideal temperates in early June make the race a perfect fit for the casual runner/walker to the serious competitor who wants to tackle the challenging hills of the half marathon course.

🏆 Awards

• Trophies: awarded to the top overall male and female.
• Age Divisions: top three finishers in each age division will receive an award.
• Finisher's Medal: ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FINISHERS MEDAL!

👕 Registration Details

• Deadline: You must be registered by May 17th to be guaranteed a race t-shirt.
• Post-Deadline: Anyone who registers after May 17th will receive a pair of Performance Fitsok Running Socks instead of a t-shirt.
• Youth Guarantee: All youth 12 and under are guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Mailing: Youth t-shirts are not guaranteed to be available for pickup at the race if they register after May 17th: they will be mailed to you instead.

📦 Virtual Participation

Virtual participants will receive a pair of socks and a finisher medal in the mail in June.

💖 Beneficiary

Proceeds benefit Lake Region Healthcare's Cancer Care and Research Center.

Area temperatures average between 55°F and 76°F in June, while rainfall amounts average about 3.75 inches for the month.
