7:30 a.m.: Registration
8:00 a.m.: 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
8:30 a.m.: 5K Run Start
8:38 a.m.: 7K Run Start

❤️ Charity Cause

This race benefits the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! Currently over 900 children from Louisiana are in active treatment in Memphis and affiliate hospitals. These families will never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. Join us for this event as FUNraiser's for St Jude pledges to raise $300,000 in 2024.

🌿 Race Location

Please join us for a great morning at the world-famous Jungle Gardens. The race will be held on the hard-packed road that travels throughout the gardens. This will definitely be the most scenic race in Louisiana and one not to miss!

🍽️ Post-Race Activities

Food: Enjoy jambalaya provided by the Knights of Columbus from Egan, LA.
Factory Tour: Visit the world-famous McIlhenny Factory to see how Tabasco products are made.
Shopping: Check out the gift shops for great items for your Christmas list.

💰 Registration Fees

5K & 7K (With t-shirt): June 1st - Aug. 13th - $40
5K & 7K (With t-shirt): Aug. 14th - Oct. 30th - $45
5K & 7K (No T-shirt): June 1st - Oct. 30th - $30
1 Mile Fun Run (No t-shirt): June 1st - Oct. 30th - $30

🎽 Virtual Option

We are offering a Jungle Gardens Virtual 5K or 7K event with a t-shirt for $35. If you can't pick up your packet, we can ship it to you for a $5 Postage fee that you can purchase when registering.

🌟 Fundraising Opportunities

Become a Fundraiser and raise $150 or more and you will receive a refund of the registration fee you paid to register for the race. Raise $350 or more and receive the free registration plus you will receive a St. Jude Backpack. The backpack will only be available to the first 30 that reach this goal.

🏅 Event Details

Shirts: Participants who register for the 5K & 7K event with a t-shirt will receive a t-shirt. T-shirt IS guaranteed to those that are registered by October 14th. There will not be a second shirt order this year.
Finisher Medals: All 1 Mile, 5K & 7K participants will receive finisher medals.
Team Registration: Sign up as an individual or join a team. The team with the most registered members will receive an award.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick up will be at Tri Running located at 2813 Johnston St., Lafayette, LA on Friday, November 1st from 11am-6pm.

👶 Age Groups

1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc. 70+ for 5K & 7K

🏆 Awards

Top Overall Male & Female for 1 Mile Fun Run. Top Overall Male & Female, Masters & Grand Masters Male & Female. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Male & Female each age group for 5K & 7K.
