🎨 Race Overview

On May 3, 2025, experience live music and art as you traverse a course of accommodating paved and unpaved trails. Registration proceeds support student scholarships, so every step you take makes a difference in a young artist's life.

🏃‍♂️ Participation Options

• LIVE Event: Run the event on the Interlochen Arts location
• VIRTUAL Event: Stay at home and run/walk at your convenience
• Flexible Timing: You can complete your 5K anytime between May 5th and May 17th
• Participation Perks: All virtual participants receive a race t-shirt and medal shipped to them, with shipping costs included

💰 Registration Fees

• Pre-registration Pricing: $35 by 11:59 p.m. on May 1
• Late Registration: $40 on race day

🕒 Event Times

• Friday Packet Pickup: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm at Running Fit (300 East Front Street)
• Saturday Packet Pickup: 7:30 am - 9:00 am at the Fine Arts Building
• Saturday RACE TIME: 9:00 am
• Awards: 10:00 am

🏆 Age Divisions and Awards

• Overall Male and Overall Female
• Age Division Awards: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and Over

⏱️ Timing and Scoring

Timing and scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing using ChronoTrack technology. Results will be LIVE on RunSignUp and posted during the event.

Make your run go even further by creating a fundraiser during Interlochen’s third annual Act for Art Giving Days! Rally your friends and family to join you in raising funds for scholarships that ensure the excellence of Interlochen is accessible for students from all backgrounds. You can start fundraising any time, but gifts must be in by May 10th to count.
