🏃‍♂️ I Thought Turkeys Could Fly 5K

This will be the fourth running of the “I Thought Turkeys Could Fly” 5k. The proceeds this year will benefit the Toy for Tots.

📍 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
• Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Location: 201 North General Lee Ave., Dunn, NC
• Course: USATF certified, flat and fast with only 56 ft of elevation change and a downhill finish.

🏅 Awards

Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male. Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings:

• Categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

🤝 Series Participation

This race will be the third of a Harnett County series, partnered with races in Erwin and Coats. Sign up for all three using the "Bundle" option and save some money! Bundle registration will only be offered until 4/30/25 when the registration for the first race closes.
