🏃♂️ Race Overview
High Uinta Half Marathon is a fast race above Kamas/Francis area. We reluctantly use the term Drop13 because of what it represents.
🏔️ Course Details
- Course Type: 99% decline for 13.1 miles.
- Elevation Drop: 2600 feet of decline with very little incline or even flat portions.
- Scenic Route: Beautiful views of Aspens, Pines, and rivers throughout the route.
- Starting Elevation: Starts at one of the highest elevations in Utah for races.
☀️ Race Conditions
Last year July 4 the starting point still had snow all around. This is a great course to get out of the heat and enjoy more of a Spring race in the heart of summer.
