🏃♂️ Race Overview
High Uinta Half Marathon is a fast race above Kamas/Francis area. We reluctantly use the term Drop13 because of what it represents. Drop13 represents a course that is extremely fast downhill. This course is 99% decline for 13.1 Miles. 2600 feet of decline with very little incline or even flat portions.
🌄 Scenic Course
- Beautiful Route: Aspens, Pines, rivers, throughout the route.
- High Elevation: This route starts at one of the highest elevations in Utah for races.
- Climate Advantage: A great course to get out of the heat and enjoy more of a Spring race in the heart of summer.
- Historic Conditions: Last year July 4 the starting point still had snow all around.
