- Costumes: Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to dress up!
- Age Group Awards: Awards will be given in ten-year age ranges.
- Prize Money: $100 each for 1st and 2nd place in the pre-race Costume Contest.

🗺️ Course Details
- Route: The course traverses the trails within Lincoln Park and along Chicago's scenic Lakefront Trail.
- Mile Marking: The course is accurately measured with every mile marked.
- Timing Splits: HM course timing splits will be at 5km, 10km, and 10mi. Note: the 10km split is now at the turnaround point at 6.55 miles.
- Transportation: Participants are encouraged to use public transportation.
🚗 Parking Information
- Parking Options: Available in the Chicago History Museum lot or along Cannon Drive.
- Packet Pickup: Scheduled at Fleet Feet locations and on race day starting at 7:15am.

- 10/26: 1-4 PM at Xtra Mile Running (31 W Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194)

- 7:15 AM: Packet Pickup and Gear Check open
- 7:45 AM: Costume Contest Judging at stage
- 8:30 AM: Half Marathon Start
- 12:50 PM: Gear Check closed
🏅 Awards Information
- Age Group Awards: Given in ten-year categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
- Winners: 5K and HM winners will be announced.
