The Great River Road Road Race (GRRRR) is again at Pikes Peak State Park this year.
🏃♂️ Race Details
- Date: October 4, 2025
- Location: Pikes Peak State Park, McGregor, IA
- Distances: Both the 5K and 10K races are USATF-certified and sanctioned.
- Certifications: The 5K is certification # IA 24009MF, and the 10K is certification # IA 24008-M.
🏔️ Race Route
- Start Point: The race will start in the park from the parking lot.
- Route: Runners will follow Pikes Peak Road west to the Great River Road.
- Direction: Turn south and follow the Great River Road out to either the 5 or 10K mark.
- Return: Runners will return on the same route.
🎉 Post-Race Festivities
- Awards Presentation: There will be an awards presentation after the race.
- Breakfast: A complimentary untraditional pancake breakfast will be provided.
