Date: May 10th for the 10th Annual Anniversary Go Run 5K!
Goal: Our goal is to make this the most family friendly signature race in Miami.
Course: The race will have a flat course that will appeal to runners chasing personal records.
Foundation: All funds will go towards the Go Run Foundation!
🌍 Go Run Foundation
Impact: Today with projects in the USA, Costa Rica and Colombia, we help many less fortunate children through donations, bringing education through sport, and conditions to keep children at school.
Mission: It all started through a story of overcoming, love and passion for the running, Douglas Nicaragua achieved through running, and now with your charitable organization to help other people through the running.
Support: We look for sponsors and any kind of financial donations, shoes, and gear.
Contribution: A little for you can be a lot for a less fortunate child.
🎽 T-Shirt and Medals
Shirts: TECH SHIRT to the first 1000 participants. (Race day registrants not guaranteed a shirt or correct size.)
Medals: Medals will be limited up to 1,000.
Sizes: Shirts sizes are limited and are only guaranteed on a first come basis. You will get the shirt size that you sign up for.
Changes: You will not be able to change the shirt size.

Registration: From 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Package Pick Up: at race day from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM
Race Start: at 7:30 AM

🔥 Heat Warning
Conditions: Temperatures/humidity can be high in South Florida.
Hydration: Participants should drink plenty of fluids (non-alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race.
Symptoms: Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech, and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur.
Attire: Wear loose, light-colored clothing.
