Cupless Race: There will be no cups at any aid stations. A collapsible cup is available for $4.
Extended Cutoffs: 15 hours for both events. Be prepared for extremely hot weather.
Distance Switching: You can drop down from 50 miles to 50K after completing two loops or before the event starts. Please inform the RD and/or race timers.
π Aid Stations
Manned Stations: Available at the start/finish and the Buckeye Way Shelter on the 50 Springs loop.
Drop Bags: Only at Visitor Center (Start/Finish) Aid Station.
Food & Drink: Aid stations have Skratch, water, hummus avocado wraps, pickles, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pretzels, chips, fresh fruit, and more.
Unmanned Stations: Will have water every 30 minutes: remember to bring your own cup.

Course Similarity: Same course as 2023 and 2024.
Loop Details: 50-mile runners will complete 3 loops counterclockwise: 50k runners will complete 2 loops.
Course Variation: 50-mile course has a slight variation at the end of each loop.
Course Warning: Do not litter! Carry trash to the next aid station.

Last Finisher Award: The last official finisher of the 50 miler will receive the cool Tail of the Dawg award.
Cutoffs: Cutoffs will be strictly enforced for participant safety.
Sweeping Time: Course sweeping will begin at 4:30 p.m. on race day.
Note: Ensure you stay ahead of the sweeper to avoid getting lost.
