This out and back half marathon adds an exciting challenge to the grueling 13.1 mile distance, with an uphill first half of the race and tough 1 mile hill climb crossing over the hill just before the halfway point, followed by a short descent.

• Climbs: Includes a tough 1 mile hill climb

• Return: After turning around, runners face a second crossover climb
• Descent: Downhill return back to the start
