WELCOME BACK for the 45th installment of this landmark running event for the mid-valley, an old-school 5K & 10K. We are happy to return to OSUs campus this year, the run will take place from the McNary field between 11th and 14th streets. Come for the run, stay for Fall Festival!

🎉 Event Details

Presented by: Heart of the Valley Runners.
Proceeds: Go back to the community in accordance with the mission of Heart of the Valley Runners -- to encourage and support local running at all levels.
Discount: HOTV Runners members receive a $5 discount on registration for the 5k and 10k through Saturday September 28, 2024. You can join the club as part of your registration and you will receive the discount.
Atmosphere: This affordable, family-friendly event presents a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all who want to participate.

🕘 Race Schedule

Begin Times: The 5k and 10k both begin at 9:00am.
Kids’ Fun Run: The 1k Kids' Fun Run begins at 10:30am, or shortly after the last 5k/10k finishers.
Registration: Day of race registration (cash or check only, $40 for 5k/10k, $20 for ages 18 and under, Free for 1k) begins at 7:00am.

When: Friday, September 27th 4-6pm and Saturday, September 28th from 10am-12pm.
