Clear Lake Earth Day Youth Mile, 5K & 10K Races

🌍 Event Overview

• Date: April 19, 2025
• Location: Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Clear Lake, IA
• Activities: Youth Mile, 5K & 10K races
• Start Times: Youth Mile at 8:30 a.m.: 5K & 10K at 9:00 a.m.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Youth Mile: Participants will make 3 loops around City Park, finishing by the seawall.
• 5K & 10K Races: Begin lakeside at the Main Avenue boat ramp.
• Course: One loop around City Park before heading out along South Shore Drive.
• Finish Line: Participants will turn left at Main Avenue to finish in front of the Lady of the Lake.

🏆 Prizes and Categories

• Winners: Prizes will be awarded to overall male and female winners.
• Age Categories: Top male and top female winners from the following groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
• Sign-Up Deadline: Sign up by March 21st to receive a shirt.
• Event Presented By: Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
